REFUND
CANCELLATIONS
- Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
- If you have additional questions about your order, please contact TRIFONA Customer Service directly by phone at NUMBER between 9AM – 4PM Monday to Saturday, or by email at inquiry.trifonafashion@gmail.com
ORDERS
- You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order.
- When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a tracking number for your package.
- Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped by TRIFONA for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s (i.e., J&T, DHL) system. DAMAGE
- When your order arrives, please inspect your orders for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
- It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at (NUMBER)
- Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service.
- To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

- We accept return and exchange only for changes in sizes.
- We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange.
- All tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.
- Without an original sales receipt, merchandise is not qualify for return and exchange.
- Swimwear & accessories are not acceptable for return and exchange.
- TRIFONA merchandise purchased in-stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
- Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value.
- Full-priced and sale merchandise must be returned and exchanged maximum of 7 days from receiving the product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. • Upon receipt of returned and exchanged goods, TRIFONA reserves the right to deny returned and exchanged if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- All dispatched items are photographed as proof to see that items are in good condition.
- All return cost is the expense of the buyer. TRIFONA only offers J&T for domestic and DHL for international return address.
- Please contact inquiry.trifonafashion@gmail.com for return and exchange items and select the applicable return reason code on the return form included in the shipment.
- Pack your shipment with the return form and the original packing slip. We recommend that you package your return merchandise securely in its original packaging.
REFUND
- Only defective items are allowed for refund.
- No refunds are allowed due to the nature of our industry. Confirmation of the order through payment means agreement to our sales restrictions.
